All rewards awarded by the Sponsor are non-withdrawable upon receipt.
Eligible Cashback
Eligible Cashback balances may be converted to withdrawable real cash in line with all the following requirements (“Eligible Cashback Requirements”):
- Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering on Sportsbook or Casino and is subject to a cashback rate which will be specified on the Reward Details page.
What is Eligible Cashback?
When Eligible Cashback is earned, it is applied to your account. You earn cashback by “playing through” the Eligible Cashback balance, which will unlock the Eligible Cashback balance as cash in accordance with the terms of the reward.
How do I earn Eligible Cashback?
You can earn Eligible Cashback by fulfilling the requirements of a promotion that offers Eligible Cashback as a reward or via discretionary awards from theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino.
Once awarded, the Eligible Cashback will be added to your Reward Details page under the Cashback tab. The details of how to unlock Cashback can also be found on this page.
What does cashback mean?
Cashback is the mechanism by which you can turn your Eligible Cashback balance into cash. It is represented by a percentage, which indicates the amount of wagering activity required.
For example, a $10 Eligible Cashback balance with a 5% cashback rate would require the patron to wager $200 cash in order to unlock the full $10 cashback. Cashback will unlock progressively, meaning that for every qualifying wager that a patron places, a portion of the Eligible Cashback balance will unlock as cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Eligible Cashback. See Example 1 below.
Example 1
5% cashback: A patron has a $1,000 Eligible Cashback balance that offers a 5% cashback rate. This means the patron will earn 5% cashback on every qualifying cash wager until the $1,000 Eligible Cashback balance is exhausted or it expires.

Will I earn cashback on any wagers placed before an Eligible Cashback reward is active?
No. An Eligible Cashback must be active at the time the wager is placed in order to be eligible to earn cashback.
Can I use my Eligible Cashback to place a bet?
No. You will earn cashback as you play through your Eligible Cashback Balance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotion (see detailed explanation of “cashback” below). Cashback that is unlocked will be added to your cash balance and those funds may be used to place a bet.
Are there minimum bet requirements to earn cashback?
No, there are no minimum bet requirements to earn cashback. However, the minimum amount of cashback you can unlock at any given time is $0.01 and qualifying cashback amounts are rounded to the nearest cent. For example, if you have an Eligible Cashback balance that unlocks at 1%, a $0.25 bet will round down to $0.00 in cashback and a $0.50 bet will round up to $0.01 in cashback.
Can I earn cashback on multiple Eligible Cashback balances at a time?
No, only one (1) Eligible Cashback reward can be active at a time. Starting or resuming a reward will pause any progress on the currently active reward. You can resume paused rewards later on from the Rewards Details page by doing the following:
Navigate to the Rewards Details page.
Locate the Cashback reward you’d like to resume.
Click the “Resume” button next to the reward.
The newly resumed reward will now move to the top of your screen. Any applicable wagers will be applied towards this active reward.
Any previously active reward will now be paused.
If the amount of a wager exceeds the amount needed to unlock the full cashback amount associated with a particular Eligible Cashback, can the balance of the wager be applied against my next available Eligible Cashback?
No. Each wager will only unlock cashback in respect to a single, active Eligible Cashback balance, even if the amount of the wager exceeds the amount required to earn the maximum amount of cashback of the single, active Eligible Cashback balance.
If I have multiple active Eligible Cashback balances, which one do I earn cashback on first?
You automatically earn cashback in the order the Eligible Cashback balances become active. However, if you have been granted more than one at a time, you are able to choose and select a different cashback reward you want to work on by starting or resuming another reward. Your progress will be saved on any previously active reward.
Can I cash out a bet that was used to earn cashback?
Yes, you can cash out a bet that was used to earn cashback (if cash out is available on that bet). However, if you choose to cash out, the cashback earned on the original bet will be converted back into your Eligible Cashback balance if the balance is still active (see Example 3 below). For clarity - your Eligible Cashback is not forfeited; you will be able to earn cashback with subsequent wagers, provided the balance is still active (i.e. has not yet expired or been fully used). If you choose to cash out a bet that was used to earn cashback and the applicable balance is no longer active (i.e. has expired or been fully used), the cashback earned on the original bet will be forfeited.
Example 3
Rolling back cashback to Eligible Cashback balance: A patron has $10 Eligible Cashback that unlocks at a rate of 5%.The patron earned $1 cashback by placing a $20 cash bet. They wish to cash out that $20 wager prior to the bet being settled for $16.

Please note that if there are insufficient cash funds in your account to convert the cashback back to the Eligible Cashback balance, cash out will not be available for that bet.
Does Eligible Cashback expire?
Yes, Eligible Cashback balances can expire. The expiration date will be noted on the Reward Details page in the app and will be outlined in the applicable Terms and Conditions for the promotion through which the Eligible Cashback was earned.
What if an Eligible Cashback balance expires before I can earn the full amount of cashback?
If an Eligible Cashback balance expires before you earn the full amount of the cashback, any cashback that has been earned up until that point will remain in your cash balance. Any remaining Eligible Cashback balance will be forfeited upon expiration of the Eligible Cashback balance and will no longer be eligible to earn as cashback.

Can I earn Eligible Cashback using Promotions?
Eligible Cashback will not be earned if a qualifying wager was placed with a Bonus Spin or PENN Play Credit.
