Bonus Spins are a type of Casino-specific reward that may be used on selected eligible Slot games currently available on Hollywood Casino. Some Bonus Spins may only be used on a single game; while some Bonus Spins may be used for several games. Bonus Spins awarded and eligible Slot games will vary in accordance with each awarded Bonus Spins. Eligible Slot games for available Bonus Spins are listed in the Rewards page.
Bonus Spins functionality is limited to the jurisdiction in which the Bonus Spins were awarded. For example, if you were located in New Jersey at the time of the Bonus Spins being awarded, then the award can only be redeemed within New Jersey. If you were awarded Bonus Spins while in Pennsylvania and traveled to New Jersey, you would not be able to redeem the award until you returned to Pennsylvania.
Bonus Spins may be viewed on the ‘My Account’ page by tapping the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. You can also see your available Bonus Spins when you navigate to the Casino lobby (clicking the Casino icon in the bottom navigation). If you’ve earned any Bonus Spins (or other Casino Rewards), you will see the Spotlight banner near the top of the Lobby. Tapping the banner will take you to the Rewards Game Category page, where you can see all the games in which you can use the Bonus Spins.
Games that can be played with Bonus Spins will also display a small star icon on the game card image, in the top left corner.
Please note: Bonus Spins expire. Make sure to review the specific Bonus Spins expiry date in the Bonus ‘Spins Reward Details’ section.
When you’re ready to use your Bonus Spins, tap the game card for the eligible game and then tap the “Play” button to launch the game. Once the game loads, you will immediately see a message informing you about the status of your Bonus Spins. Note that you MUST use the available Bonus Spins in a game before you can use your cash balance to play that game.
In the event that you have been awarded multiple Bonus Spins, you must use the earliest granted Bonus Spins first. Additionally, the game launch modal (see screenshot below) will display the total combined number of available Bonus Spins, however, the in-game messaging does not show a combined total and in-game terminology may differ. Once in the game, you will be shown the total Bonus Spins available from your first award. Once all the Bonus Spins from that first award have been used, a second in-game message will alert you that you have moved on to the next awarded Bonus Spins.
As this is a Bonus Spin, no deductions will be made from your cash balance. Any winnings from the Bonus Spin will go directly to your cash balance. Note that only the winnings will be returned from the wager, not the stake amount.
