New Hollywood Casino players who register for an Account will receive 30 Bonus Spins (defined below) valued at $0.20 per spin when placing cumulative cash wager(s) of $5+ on any games available on Hollywood Casino. In addition, players who opt-in daily will receive 30 Bonus Spins, valued at $0.20 per spin, for each of the nine (9) days following their first casino wager.

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: No opt-in required to place an Eligible Wager. Opt-in is required daily for the following nine (9) days after placing a Eligible Wager(s) to receive the remaining Bonus Spins.
  • Eligibility: Available to new Hollywood Casino players who have not previously wagered on Hollywood Casino within the theScore Bet or Hollywood Casino stand-alone app. 
  • Eligible Games: Any games available on Hollywood Casino.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place cumulative cash wagers of $5 or more on any Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino. No Eligible Wager is necessary for the following nine (9) days of the Promotion Offer.
  • Action Required: Players must place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. Additionally, players must opt-in each day to receive 30 Bonus Spins, valued at $0.20 per spin, for each of the nine (9) days following completion of the Eligible Wager requirement.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will receive 30 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 per spin. Players may claim the Promotion Offer one (1) time during the Promotion Period. In addition, players who opt-in each day will receive 30 Bonus Spins, valued at $0.20 per spin, for each of the nine (9) days following completion of the Eligible Wagers requirement. If a player does not claim the 30 Bonus Spins on a given day, the Promotion Offer for that day will be forfeited. The maximum total value of Bonus Spins is $60. Once a batch of 30 Bonus Spins are initiated on any of the Eligible Games, the Bonus Spins may only be used on that game.

  1. Action Required

Players must place a Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period to receive the Promotion Offer. After meeting the Eligible Wagers requirement, players must opt-in the following nine (9) days to receive the remaining Bonus Spins.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Bonus Spins are applied to the player’s Account automatically and must be used within three (3) days of receipt. In the event of technical difficulties, Bonus Spins will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours. Players may claim the Promotion Offer one (1) time during the Promotion Period. If a player does not claim the 30 Bonus Spins on a given day, the Promotion Offer for that day will be forfeited. The maximum total value of Bonus Spins is $60.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 
  3. Bonus Spins may be used on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.

Once a batch of 30 Bonus Spins are initiated on any of the Eligible Games, the Bonus Spins may only be used on that game.

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Bonus Spins are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Spin

Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games only.
  • Eligible Slot games and Bonus Spin denominations will be specified in player communications.
  • Bonus Spins will be available based on the order they are received in (first in first out).
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of the casino round.
  • Available Bonus Spins must be used on the eligible games before cash funds may be used.
  • Bonus Spins cannot be used on any Sportsbook markets.

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
