Stake & Claim $10 PENN Play Credit T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Invited players who receive the Promotion communication can receive $10 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) after placing cumulative cash wagers of $10+ on any Casino game available on Hollywood Casino.

 

The “Stake & Claim $10 PENN Play Credit” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditionsand the following:

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 
  • Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Player invitation is based on previous play activity.
  • Eligible Games: Any Casino game(s) available on Hollywood Casino.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place cumulative cash wagers of $10 or more on any Eligible Game available on Hollywood Casino.
  • Promotion Offer: Invited players who receive the Promotion communication can receive $10 in PENN Play Credits after placing Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino. Promotion Offer is redeemable one (1) time per Account, per Promotion Period.
    • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply. Additional Terms

  • PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account and must be used within four (4) days after receipt.
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  • Must be physically present in MI, NJ, PA, or WV in order to wager.
  • This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

 

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Periods are below: 

  • October 24, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - October 26, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET

 

  1. Eligibility
  2. Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Player invitation is based on previous play activity.
  3. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

  1. Action Required

Opt-in is not required. Invited players must place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino to receive the Promotion Offer.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account and must be used within four (4) days after receipt. In the event of technical difficulties, PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours. Promotion Offer is redeemable one (1) time per Account, per Promotion Period.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. PENN Play Credits may be used on Hollywood Casino or ESPN BET and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games

Any Casino game(s) available on Hollywood Casino. PENN Play Credits may be used on any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino or any markets on ESPN BET.

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit.

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  3. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
