$20K Hot Summer Drawing T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

The $20K Hot Summer Drawing offers Hollywood Casino players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a share of $20,000 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) by earning entries into a random drawing. In addition, players who earn at least one (1) entry into the random drawing will receive ten (10) Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 per spin.

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in and place cumulative cash wagers of $50 or more on the Eligible Games to earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. Players will earn one (1) entry for every $50 wagered on the Eligible Games. There is no limit to the number of entries a player may earn on Hollywood Casino during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing for a chance to win a share of $20,000 in PENN Play Credits. The drawing for the prizes will be completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and prize winners are determined using a random number generator. (102) players will win a share of $20,000 in PENN Play Credits, with a maximum of one (1) winning entry per Account.  In addition, players who earn at least one (1) entry into the random drawing will receive 10 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 per spin. PENN Play Credits must be used on any Eligible Playtech slot games available on Hollywood Casino.

 

  • 1st Selection = $5,000 in PENN Play Credits
  • 2nd Selection = $3,000 in PENN Play Credits
  • 3rd - 4th Selection = $2,000 in PENN Play Credits
  • 5th - 7th Selection = $1,000 in PENN Play Credits
  • 8th - 12th Selection = $500 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 13th - 22nd Selection = $100 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 23rd - 32nd Selection = $50 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 33rd - 52nd Selection = $25 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 53rd - 102nd Selection = $10 in PENN Play Credits each

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period is below:

  1. Action Required

Players must opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on Eligible Games (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Drawing: The drawing for the prizes will be completed within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, and prize winners are determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry. In the event that the same player is drawn twice for a prize, there will be subsequent redraws until there are (102) unique winners. After the (102) winners have been randomly selected, all winners will be notified via the email address associated with the player’s Account. PENN Play Credits and Bonus Spins will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours after notification and must be used within three (3) days of receipt. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winners are final.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. Bonus Spins may be used on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you use your cash balance. 
  4. PENN Play Credit may be used on Playtech slot games on Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Bonus Spins are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Spin 

Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games only.  
  • Eligible Slot games and Bonus Spin denominations will be specified in player communications. 
  • Bonus Spins will be available based on the order they are received in (first in first out). 
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of the casino round. 
  • Available Bonus Spins must be used on eligible games before cash funds may be used. 
  • Bonus Spins cannot be used on any Sportsbook markets. 

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award. 

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restrictions. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
