Click & Collect T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who opt-in can receive $200 in PENN Play Credits (defined below).

 

The “Click & Collect” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required.
  • Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Player invitation is based on previous play activity.
  • Action Required: Players must opt-in to the Promotion to receive the PENN Play Credits.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in will receive $200 in PENN Play Credits. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account during the Promotion Period.
  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:

Additional Terms

  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account automatically and must be used within three (3) days of receipt.  
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  • Must be physically present in the State of West Virginia in order to wager.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period is as follows:

  • July 28, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - December 31, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET

Opt-in is required by the player in order to receive the PENN Play Credits. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

The Promotion Offer will be credited to your Account in the form of PENN Play Credits. PENN Play Credits are applied to a player’s Account automatically and must be used within three (3) days after receipt. No further action is necessary.   1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. PENN Play Credit may be used on ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

  1. Eligible Games

PENN Play Credits may be used on any market(s) available on ESPN BET or any games available on Hollywood Casino. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.  

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  3. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
