Happy Hour Spins T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Invited players who place cash wagers of any amount on the Eligible Game and have three (3) consecutive wins, will receive five (5) Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 per spin. There is no limit to the number of redemptions players can earn the Promotion Offer during the Promotion Period.

  • Promotion Offer: Invited players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Game during the Promotion Period and have three (3) consecutive wins on the Eligible Game, will receive five (5) Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 per spin. There is no limit to the number of redemptions that players can earn the Promotion Offer during the Promotion Period.

Bonus Spins are applied to a player’s Account automatically and must be used within three (3) days after receipt. In the event of technical difficulties, Bonus Spins will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours.   1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET/Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET/Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. Bonus Spins may be used on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you use your cash balance.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

 

Bonus Spins are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Spin

  • Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:
  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games only.
  • Eligible Slot games and Bonus Spin denominations will be specified in player communications.
  • Bonus Spins will be available based on the order they are received in (first in first out).
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of the casino round.
  • Available Bonus Spins must be used on eligible games before cash funds may be used.

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restrictions. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET/Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
