Spins Splash T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who opt-in and place cash wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period will have a chance to win a share of $5,000 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) based on the number of Leaderboard Points earned during the Promotion Period. 

 

The “Spins Splash” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of ESPN BET, which can be viewed at ESPN BET Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required. Opt-in will be made available via an in-game pop-up once the player has accessed the Eligible Game.
  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  • Eligible Games: The following Eligible Games are available for the Promotion:

  • Eligible Wager: Players must opt-in via prompt on any of the Eligible Games and place cash wager(s) of any amount to earn Leaderboard Points during the Promotion Period. Players can earn Leaderboard Points by Win Multiplier and Bet amount on the Eligible Games. There is no limit to the number of Leaderboard Points that can be earned during the Promotion Period. Leaderboard Points breakdown:
    • Win Multiplier: Bet/win * 100 (ex. wager $1, win $5, = 500 Points)
    • Bet Amount: Receive 1,000 Points for every $100 in cumulative cash wagers
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in via prompt and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn Leaderboard points to earn a share of $5,000 in PENN Play Credits. The Top 50 players who earn the most Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will win a share of $5,000 in PENN Play Credits. Players must be actively wagering on an Eligible Game to receive the Promotion Offer. The Leaderboard will be updated periodically throughout the Promotion Period and available on the official promotion page. There is no limit to the number of Leaderboard Points that can be earned during the Promotion Period.

 

  • $5K Leaderboard Prize breakdown:
  • 1st Place = $2,000 PENN Play Credits 
  • 2nd Place = $1,000 PENN Play Credits 
    • 3rd Place = $500 PENN Play Credits
    • 4th - 5th Place = $200 PENN Play Credits each
    • 6th - 10th Place = $100 PENN Play Credits each
    • 11th - 30th Place = $20 PENN Play Credits each 
    • 31st - 50th Place = $10 PENN Play Credits each 

 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through ESPN BET and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply. Additional Terms

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • By opting into the Promotion, players consent to having their redacted email displayed on the Leaderboard.
  • The Leaderboard will be updated periodically throughout the Promotion Period and available on the official promotion page.
  • After the results of the Leaderboard are finalized, the winners will be notified via the email address associated with the player’s Account within three (3) days.
  • PENN Play Credits will be added to a player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days after receipt.
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at  support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  1. Promotion Period

Below is the Promotion Period:

  • August 18, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - August 21, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Each “day” of the Promotion Period is between 12:00:00 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET

 

  1. Eligibility
  2. Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.

  1. Action Required

Players must opt-in via prompt on any of the Eligible Games and place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Games (see Section 10) to be eligible to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

The Top 50 players who earn the most Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will win a share of $5,000 in PENN Play Credits. PENN Play Credits will be added to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within three (3) days after receipt. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on ESPN BET, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on ESPN BET is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. PENN Play Credits may be used on ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

PENN Play Credits may be used on any games available on Hollywood Casino or any markets available on ESPN BET.

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

  • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@espnbet.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on ESPN BET immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
