How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to new players who register for an Account on the stand-alone Hollywood Casino app using a specified Promotion Code. Available to players who have never previously registered for a Penn Sports Interactive Account. Players who have previously wagered on Hollywood Casino are not eligible. Promotion Code will be communicated via email communications. 

  • Action Required: Players must register for an Account using a specified Promotion Code to be eligible to receive the Promotion Offer.  

  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place a single cash wager of $5 or more on the Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino. 

  • Eligible Games: Any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who register with the specified Promotion Code and place their first cash wager of $5 or more on any game available on Hollywood Casino will receive $50 in PENN Play Credits and 50 Bonus Spins valued at $0.20 per spin. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account.

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games available on Hollywood Casino. Bonus Spins will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of a casino round.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:

Additional Terms 

  • Bonus Spins and PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account upon completing the playthrough requirement.

  1. Promotion Period 

The Promotion Period is as follows: 

  • March 20, 2025: 12:00:00 AM EST - August 31, 2025: 11:59:59 PM EST 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to new players in a state where the stand-alone Hollywood Casino app is live. 

  • Available to players who have never previously registered for a Penn Sports Interactive Account. 

  • Players who have previously registered on Hollywood Casino are not eligible.

  1. Action Required 

Players must register for a Hollywood Casino Account using a Promotion Code to be able to receive the PENN Play Credits. Players must place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Games to receive the additional Bonus Spins. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

Players who register for an Account and place an Eligible Wager during the Promotion Period will receive the Promotion Offer. PENN Play Credit and Bonus Spins are added automatically to a player’s Account and must be used within thirty (30) days of receipt.  

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.   

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering  

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

  • Bonus Spins may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance. 

  • PENN Play Credits may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.

  1. Eligible Games 

Eligible Wagers may be placed on any games available on Hollywood Casino. PENN Play Credits may be wagered on any game available on Hollywood Casino.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Bonus Spins are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Spin 

Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash: 

  • Bonus Spins awarded may be used on eligible Slot games only.  

  • Eligible Slot games and Bonus Spin denominations will be specified in player communications. 

  • Bonus Spins will be available based on the order they are received in (first in first out). 

  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon completion of the casino round. 

  • Available Bonus Spins must be wagered through on eligible games before cash funds may be used.  

  • Bonus Spins cannot be used on any Sportsbook markets.

  • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
