Register & Get PENN Play Credits & PENN Cash T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

New Hollywood Casino players who sign up with the exclusive Registration Code can earn a specified amount of PENN Play Credits and PENN Cash (defined below).

 

The “Register & Get PENN Play Credits & PENN Cash” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to new players who register for an Account on the stand-alone Hollywood Casino app with the exclusive Registration Code. Available to PENN Entertainment retail players who have never previously registered for a Penn Sports Interactive Account. Players who have previously wagered on Hollywood Casino are not eligible.
  • Action Required: Players must register for an Account with the exclusive Registration Code to be eligible to receive the Promotion Offer. Registration Code will be made available via email.
  • Eligible Games: Any game(s) available on Hollywood Casino.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who register with the exclusive Registration Code will receive a specified amount of PENN Play Credits and a specified amount in PENN Cash that will not exceed $275. PENN Play Credits and PENN Cash amount are determined by previous player activity at PENN Entertainment retail properties and will be stated in email communications.

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: The Promotion Period is as follows:
  • January 1, 2026: 12:00:00 AM EST - June 30, 2026: 11:59:59 PM EST

 

Additional Terms

  • PENN Play Credits are added automatically to a player’s Account and must be used within 30 days after receipt.
  • PENN Cash will be loaded to the player’s Account within seven (7) business days and is based on the previous casino activity of the player.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period is as follows:

  • January 1, 2026: 12:00:00 AM EST - June 30, 2026: 11:59:59 PM EST

 

  1. Eligibility
  2. Available to PENN Entertainment retail players who have never previously registered for a Penn Sports Interactive Account where the stand-alone Hollywood Casino app is live.
  3. Players who have previously registered on Hollywood Casino are not eligible.
  4. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

  1. Action Required

Players must register for a Hollywood Casino Account using an exclusive Registration Code to be able to receive the Promotion Offer. The Registration Code will be made available via email.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Players who register for an Account using the Registration Code provided via email during the Promotion Period will receive the Promotion Offer. PENN Play Credit are added automatically to a player’s Account and must be used within 30 days of receipt. PENN Cash will be loaded to the player’s Accounts within seven (7) business days and is based on the previous casino activity of the player. PENN Cash expiration is dependent upon PENN Play Tier Status and can be viewed at the Program Rules page.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.  

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. PENN Play Credits may be wagered on eligible Hollywood Casino games and must be wagered before you may use your cash balance.

  1. Eligible Games

PENN Play Credits may be wagered on any game available on Hollywood Casino.

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit.

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
  3. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
