Withdrawing to Online Banking
- Withdraw funds directly to your bank account using our Online Banking partner, Trustly. You will need to log in to your bank account through your Hollywood Casino account using your Online Banking username and password.
Timing
- More than 150 banks work with Trustly to offer Real-Time Payments (RTPs). Using the RTP network, your withdrawal will be sent to your bank account within minutes. Trustly RTP is an instant payout option allowing you to receive your funds 24/7/365. If your bank does not participate in RTPs, funds will be transferred through the ACH Network and will post your bank account within 2-3 business days. - If your bank shows a lightning bolt icon in the withdrawal page, that indicates that your bank participates in RTP transactions.
- All withdrawals are subject to review, the timing of the withdrawal is dependent on when the withdraw is approved

Requirements
- Domestic issued bank accounts only
- The bank account used for withdrawals must be in your name.
- Bank account must be a personal bank account; business bank accounts are not permitted.
