Countdown to 2026 Drawing T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

The Countdown to 2026 Drawing offers Hollywood Casino players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a share of $26,0000 in PENN Play Credits (defined below) by earning entries into a random drawing. 

 

The “Countdown to 2026 Drawing” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in required.
  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3).
  • Eligible Games: The Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino are as follows:

PENN Play Credits will be restricted for use on the Eligible Games.

  • Eligible Wagers: For every $25 in cumulative cash wagers placed on the Eligible Games, players will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries a player may earn on Hollywood Casino during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn one (1) entry into the random drawing for a chance to win a share of $26,000 in PENN Play Credits. The random drawing will be completed on January 2, 2026, and prize winners are determined using a random number generator. (961) players will win a share of $26,000 in PENN Play Credits, with a maximum of one (1) winning entry per Account.
  • 1st Selection = $500 in PENN Play Credits
  • 2nd - 6th Selections = $250 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 7th - 61st Selections = $100 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 62nd - 211st  Selections = $50 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 212nd - 461st Selections = $25 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 462nd - 961st Selections = $10 in PENN Play Credits each
  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply. Additional Terms

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • PENN Play Credits are applied to a player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days after receipt.
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period is below:

  • December 29, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - January 1, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET

  2. Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  3. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

  1. Action Required

Players must opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games (see Section 10) during the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Drawing: The drawing for the prizes will be completed on January 2, 2026, and prize winners are determined using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry. In the event that the same player is drawn twice for a prize, there will be subsequent redraws until there are (961) unique winners. After the (961) winners have been randomly selected, all winners will be notified via the email address associated with the player’s Account.PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours after notification and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winners are final.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. PENN Play Credits may be used on theScore Bet or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected in your betslip window.

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award. 

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at: support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restrictions. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
  3. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
