DropZone Jackpots T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who opt-in and place cash wager(s) on any of the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period will contribute towards the Grand, Major, Minor and Mini Jackpots.

 

The “DropZone Jackpots” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and thefollowing:

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required. Opt-in will be made available via prompt once the player has accessed the Eligible Game.
  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account. 
  • Eligible Games: Any games available in Hollywood Casino.
  • Eligible Wager: Players must opt-in via prompt on any of the Eligible Games and place wagers from their cash balance or PENN Play Credits balance during the Promotion Period. By opting-in via prompt, players agree to contribute an additional$0.10 from their cash balance or PENN Play Credits balance per Eligible Wager placed.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will have a chance to win one of the random Progressive Jackpots. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per spin. Players must be opted-in via prompt of the Eligible Game to be eligible to receive the Promotion Offer. The value of the Jackpot ranges between $7.50 - $6,250 depending on the Jackpot Tier Level. Jackpot can be randomly awarded at any time during the Promotion Period, and the winner will receive the Jackpot amount in Cash. If the Jackpot hits during the Promotion Period, the total amount will reset to the Jackpot Tier Level minimum (see Below).

  • Minor: $100
  • Mini: $7.50

  • January 8, 2026: 12:00:00 AM ET - April 30, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the following below:
  • Wagers placed prior to opt-in.
  • Wagers placed with Bonus Spins.

 

Additional Terms

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
  • Cash is applied to the player’s Account automatically upon winning the Progressive Jackpot.
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

Players must opt-in via prompt on any of the Eligible Games and place an Eligible Wager on the Eligible Games (see Section 10) to be eligible to receive the Promotion Offer. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

Cash will be applied to the player's Account automatically upon winning the Progressive Jackpot. A percent of the Eligible Wager amount funds the current Jackpot level award depending on the Jackpot Tier Level. A percent of the Eligible Wager amount is reserved for reseeding future Jackpot Level Awards. Jackpot winners are determined by an independent random number generator. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per spin.

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. 

 

  1. Order of Funds used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.

  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
