Spin It! T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players who login to their Account daily will receive up to three (3) free spins for use on Spin It! for a chance to receive PENN Play Credits (defined below). PENN Play Credits may be used on any games on Hollywood Casino or any markets on theScore Bet.

 

The “Spin It!” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to registered players with an active and verified Account. Player eligibility is based on previous play activity. 
  • Eligible Games: Spin It! Available on the stand-alone Hollywood Casino app or within the theScore Bet Sportsbook app.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who login daily will receive up to three (3) free spins for use on Spin It! for a chance to receive up to $3,000 in PENN Play Credits during the week of the Promotion Period. Promotion Offer is determined by previous player activity. A player can spin 3x per day and collect ‘chips’ or a specified amount of PENN Play Credits throughout the week of the Promotion Period. Limit of three (3) spins per day between theScore Bet Sportsbook/Hollywood Casino apps. Once players earn the specified amount of chips, players will receive the defined amount of PENN Play Credits listed above the chip. Each chip’s maximum redemption for PENN Play Credits is specified within Spin It!. Maximum of 21 Spins per Account during the week of the Promotion Period. Spins must be used by 4:59:59 PM ET on the applicable day of the Promotion Period. Any spins that are not used by 4:59:59 PM ET, will be forfeited. Spin It! can be accessed through the Promotions Page or from the casino lobby. Odds of winning PENN Play Credits is determined by the number of times you play Spin It! and the amount of chips accumulated each week. Outcomes of each spin are determined by a random number generator. The odds of a participant receiving chips is based on a pre-programmed hit probability that is assigned to each chip, which may change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period: 
  • January 12, 2026: 5:00:00 PM ET - May 31, 2026: 4:59:59 PM ET
  • Each ‘day’ of the Promotion Period is defined as 5:00:00 PM ET - 4:59:59 PM ET
  • Each ‘week’ of the Promotion Period is defined as Friday at 5:00:00 PM ET - Friday at 4:59:59 PM ET

 

Additional Terms

  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account automatically once a player clicks the “CLAIM” button after winning a prize.
  • PENN Play Credits must be used within seven (7) days after receipt.
  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  • Must be physically present in MI, NJ, PA, or WV in order to participate.

2. Promotion Period

Below is the Promotion Period:

  • January 12, 2026: 5:00:00 PM ET - May 31, 2026: 4:59:59 PM ET
  • Each ‘day’ of the Promotion Period is defined as 5:00:00 PM ET - 4:59:59 PM ET
  • Each ‘week’ of the Promotion Period is defined as Friday at 5:00:00 PM ET - Friday at 4:59:59 PM ET

 

3. Eligibility

  1. Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account. Player eligibility is based on previous play activity.
  2. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

4. Action Required

Players must login to their theScore Bet or Hollywood Casino Account and enter Spin It! via the Promotions Page. Players will receive up to three (3) free spins every day. Maximum amount of 21 Spins per Account during the week of the Promotion Period. Spins must be used by 4:59:59 PM ET on the applicable day of the Promotion Period. Any spins that are not used by 4:59:59 PM ET, will be forfeited.

 

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account automatically once a player clicks the “CLAIM” button after collecting the specified amount of chips during the week of the Promotion Period. PENN Play Credits must be used within seven (7) days after receipt.

 

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.

8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.

 

9. Order of Funds used for Wagering

  1. PENN Play Credits may be used on Hollywood Casino or theScore Bet and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

10. Eligible Games

Spin It! Available on Hollywood Casino or theScore Bet.

PENN Play Credits may be used on any games available on Hollywood Casino or any markets available on theScore Bet.

 

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.

 

12. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms

  1. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.
  2. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  3. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  4. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  5. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  6. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  7. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  8. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
