Tier Point Multiplier T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players on Hollywood Casino can earn up to 5x in PENN Play Tier points based on their Tier Level during the Promotion Period. 

 

The “Tier Point Multiplier” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at Hollywood Casino Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion 

How It Works (short terms) 

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required. 

  • Eligibility: Available to all players on the Hollywood Casino stand-alone app. 

  • Action Required: Players must opt-in to the Promotion via the Promotion’s page. Players must earn a minimum of one (1) PENN Play Tier Point wagering on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period to receive the Promotion Offer. 

  • Eligible Games: PENN Play Tier Points may be earned on any casino games available on Hollywood Casino. 

  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and earn at least one (1) PENN Play Tier Point during the Promotion Period will receive a tier point multiplier depending on their Tier Level. For more information on PENN Play Tier Points please visit the PENN Play Earn & Redeem page. For list of PENN Play destinations please visit https://www.pennentertainment.com/locations. Each Tier Level will receive the following: 

  • Play/Advantage Members: 2x PENN Play Tier Points 

  • Preferred Members: 3x PENN Play Tier Points 

  • Elite Members: 4x PENN Play Tier Points 

  • Owner’s Club: 5x PENN Play Tier Points 

  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period: 

  • March 24, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 30, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

Additional Terms 

  • PENN Play Tier Points will be added within 72 business hours of the completion of the Promotion Period.

  • Must be physically present in the State of New Jersey in order to wager. 

  • This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”). 

 

  1. Promotion Period 

Below is the Promotion Period: 

  • March 24, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 30, 2025: 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

  1. Eligibility 

  • Available to players who are registered on the Hollywood Casino App 

  • Available to players in a state where the stand-alone Hollywood Casino App is live. 

  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

  1. Action Required 

Players must opt-in to the Promotion and earn at least one (1) PENN Play Tier Point wagering on the Eligible Games on Hollywood Casino. 

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer 

PENN Play Tier Points are added to a player’s Account within 72 business hours from the conclusion of the Promotion Period. No further action is necessary. For more information on bonuses please visit our Bonus page. 

 

  1. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

  1. Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 

 

  1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.  

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

  1. Eligible Games 

PENN Play Tier Points may be earned on any casino games available on Hollywood Casino. 

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

  1. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@hollywoodcasino.com with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn. 

 

  1. Gambling Problem? 

  • New Jersey: If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call 1-800-GAMBLER.  

 

  1. Other Terms 

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.  

  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. 

  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 

  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 

  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 

  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  

  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
